At Textify Publishers, we are committed to delivering your books efficiently and securely to your doorstep. We use India Post as our trusted partner to ensure reliable and timely delivery across India. Below are the details of our shipping and delivery process.

Shipping Methods
- All orders are shipped using India Post via standard or speed post services, depending on the delivery location and order preference.
- Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: A nominal shipping fee will be charged based on the weight and delivery location. The charges will be displayed during checkout.
- Free Shipping: Orders above a specified amount (as per ongoing offers) may qualify for free shipping.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of order placement.
- For pre-orders or customized books, additional processing time may be required, and this will be communicated during the order process.
Delivery Locations
- We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India through India Post. If your location is not serviceable, our customer service team will contact you to discuss alternatives.

Delivery Timeline
- Orders are typically delivered within 7-10 business days for standard shipping.
- For remote or rural areas, delivery may take up to 12-15 business days.
- Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical challenges.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the India Post tracking portal (www.indiapost.gov.in).
Missed Delivery
- If a delivery attempt is missed, India Post will leave a notification, and the package can be collected from the nearest post office.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to collect the package before it is returned to us.
Undelivered Packages
- In case of non-delivery due to incorrect address, absence of recipient, or any other reason:
- The package will be returned to us.
- Reshipping charges will apply for a second delivery attempt.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your shipment is damaged or lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
- We will work with India Post to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.

- We currently deliver only within India.
