Refund And Returns Policy

At Textify Publishers, all books are published and printed on demand. Each copy is printed specifically after an order is placed.

1. Print-On-Demand Products

Printed books cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind, ordering mistakes, personal preferences or dissatisfaction with the content.

2. Eligibility For Replacement

A replacement may be provided if a book is damaged, an incorrect title, edition or quantity is delivered, or it contains a manufacturing or printing defect. Contact us within 7 days with proof of purchase and clear photographs.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are generally unavailable once printing has commenced. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable And Non-Refundable Items

Correctly delivered print-on-demand books, customized publications, digital products, gift cards and promotional items are not eligible.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours provided printing has not started.

6. Shipping And Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to printing schedules, courier operations, customs, weather or circumstances beyond our control.
