Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation by Customers
- Orders for physical books can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. To request a cancellation, please contact us via email at Textifypublishers@gmail.com or call us at +91-9648029595.
- After 24 hours, cancellation requests will not be entertained as the order processing begins immediately to ensure timely delivery.
Pre-Order and Customized Book Cancellation
- Pre-orders and customized book orders (e.g., personalized covers, dedications) cannot be canceled once the customization process has started.
- If the cancellation request is made before production begins, we will process it as per standard cancellation terms.
Cancellation by Textify Publishers
- In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill an order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inventory unavailability or technical issues), we reserve the right to cancel the order.
- Customers will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refund Policy

- Refunds are applicable in the following scenarios:

Return and Refund for Damaged or Incorrect Books
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect book, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order with supporting evidence (e.g., photos or videos).
- Once verified, you can choose between a replacement or a refund. The book must be returned in its original condition with packaging intact.
- Return shipping charges will be borne by us in case of damaged or incorrect books.
Non-Refundable Items
- Digital books (e-books or PDFs) are non-refundable once the download link has been sent or the file has been accessed.
- Clearance sale or discounted books marked as “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
- Books that have been tampered with, used, or are not in their original condition.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after verification.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. The timeline may vary depending on your payment gateway or bank policies.
