   • If the cancellation request is made before production begins, we will process it as per standard cancellation terms.

3. Cancellation by Textify Publishers

   • In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill an order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inventory unavailability or technical issues), we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

   • Digital books (e-books or PDFs) are non-refundable once the download link has been sent or the file has been accessed.
   • Clearance sale or discounted books marked as “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
   • Books that have been tampered with, used, or are not in their original condition.
